A Sudanese man, with other several hundred refugees (many from Syria, Afghanistan, Iraq and other Muslim countries), stays at a migrant camp under the bridge in La Chapelle, Paris. They were registered and got the document by the government. So they are allowed to stay in France. However other issues, such as housing, jobs, food, health, etc, are not cared well by the authority, except by small groups of NGOs. France and the world payed attention at this problem last year. But now it seems that people are rapidly forgetting or blinding it.
