Currently I've been trying to maintain a lean physique. My routine lately is to do my cardio in the morning (30 min of HITT [High Intensity Interval Training], 15-20 min of LISS [Low Intensity Steady State]) either on the treadmill, spin or kickboxing. I go about my day and I usually prefer to weight train at night for 1-1.5 hrs 5 days a week.
