Here's my KIMCHI QUESADILLA with sautéed mushrooms

A lot of my cooking has strong Korean influence, here's one of my favorite cheats!

Kimchi is a super food!

Ingredients:
♨️2 - tortillas / corn
♨️1/4cup - mushrooms
♨️1/2 tbsp. - #flavorgod TACO TUESDAY SEASONING
♨️1/4 cup - cheddar cheese / shredded
♨️1/4 cup - kimchi
♨️2 tbsp. - mozzarella cheese
♨️sprinkle - scallions / diced
♨️sprinkle - #flavorgod pink salt&pepper
♨️2 tsp. - sesame oil

Directions:
Sauté Mushrooms in a skillet on LOW heat in 1ts. sesame oil and #flavorgod pink salt. For 5 minutes.

Next sauté kimchi on medium heat in 1ts. sesame oil for 1-2 minutes.

Next on a panini press or skillet combine tortillas, cheese,scallions, sautéed kimchi, sautéed mushrooms, #flavorgod Taco Tuesday Seasoning. Cook till cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy.

Note* I smashed my quesadilla to show you the filling, not necessary and it doesn't have to be that messy!
