Grilled Salmon Salad

You'd simply flake this piece of grilled salmon into morsels and enjoy it with this salad. All it takes is a few shakes of my Pink Salt and Pepper into the vinaigrette and sautéed spinach ??

Ingredients:
1 salmon filet
1 tbsp evoo
1/4 tsp flavorgod Himalayan salt & pink peppercorn
2.5 cups spinach
1/4 cup diced cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp grated romano
2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette

Season salmon filet with salt and pepper on both sides. Add to a grill pan brushed with evoo over medium high heat. Cover and cook until salmon begins to turn from red to orange. Flip and cover until cooked all the way through. Let cool while you assemble salad. Top spinach salad with salmon and dress with balsamic vinaigrette.

Garlic sautéed spinach:
4 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt & pink peppercorn
Pinch red pepper flakes

In a large skillet over medium heat add evoo, garlic & red pepper flakes. Add spinach and cover. Sauté every 2 minutes to coat and wilt spinach.
