Photo: @camdavidsonphoto // Hurricane Wilma stranded the 158 foot Legacy yacht onto salt flats north of Key West, Florida On October 25th in 2005. Shot for Vanity Fair on assignment. The ship was anchored during the hurricane and owner Peter Halmos with a small crew rode out the storm and its keel dug a trough across the sea bed. The Legacy was re-floated on February 25th, 2008.
