So it's March and I'm still carrying around my excess Christmas weight from several months off of training! It hasn't been fun being in and out of hospital but I hope that I've put the worst of my problems behind me now and I can heal and move forward with my health and fitness. This year I want to make my body the best that it can be, from strength and endurance to definition and agility. I'm loving studying personal training and today I passed my @origym_pt mock exams which has put me on such a high, fingers crossed I can keep up the tempo and get my PT qualifications for this summer. How amazing life is when we put our mind to it we can achieve everything imaginable.
