Are they something you use a lot? A: In our experience is that videos are nice jazz up of the Instagram feed but the main focused for us in Instagram will still be photos. However, in the future we are planning to flavor motorsport feed with interesting footage and teasers. Q: Do you use any particular strategies to attract new Instagram followers and keep them engaged? Feel free to mention any campaigns or contests you have/are planning to run. A: We actively work with our fans. It is not only about getting new followers – we simply appreciate cool pictures that so many motorsport and ŠKODA fans are sharing and we believe that it is important to show that by liking and commenting on these posts. And that in the end is bringing us new followers. We have had some contest but it is more about giving to our fans something extra, positively surprise them. Q: How do you measure your influence on Instagram? What are your main KPIs? How do you track them? A: We are tracking growth of our fan base on Instagram (reach) and how Instagram users interact with our post (engagement). Our aim is to have more or less 10% engagement comparing to number of followers and grow the number of followers continuously. For tracking we use mainly we use Iconosquare. KPI are measured by comparison of other platform, rising trends and fan’s engagement.
