Perfection is overrated - why my motto has always been progress not perfection ?? We as fitness models almost always post the best of the best & the social media world seems to favor those images. People want to look like this or that, some will even offer to sell you the "quick & easy" solution on the premise of possibility. Be leery of those that promise you the world without the work & dedication or show you their own work, progress, dedication or struggles. If you follow me on SnapChat (LaurenDrainFit) you'll be the first to see that I am far from perfect and don't pretend to be. You'll also see that we don't achieve these types of results without putting in some serious work, sacrifices, dedication and much more. We are human, we have flaws, insecurities, hardships, struggles and everything else. Just know that some have hours and years of dedication behind that perfect image and others don't. I'm posting this image because it captures the raw post workout emotions that I experience way too often - all for the chance to lead by example & to show that change is possible, that you too can, through hard work, achieve a personal transformation of your own ?? Hard work, dedication, sweat, bruises & the occasional tear is what's really behind those "perfect" images ?
