the last slice of this delicious apple galette -delicate & elegant but bold in flavour - I am thinking of making another if I can get more apples at the farmers market this morning & I am also having a little love affair with wheat germ at the moment - putting it on everything from the crust of this galette to yogurt & even sprinkled in squash soup at lunch - it feels so nourishing at this time of year
