Getting real serious about noodles @grandarmybar the night I cooked #Taiwanese food for 100. Thanks to @kkrader for capture this moment. I don't think I remember being this nervous before service for a long time. Can a pastry chef cook #Taiwanese food? I'm glad I live in a city where we're all open minded. It was great to have a chance to share a little more of what I cook at home with everyone. And I'll keep practicing! ? For the moment though, it's back to pastry.
