I'm at this point of my life, when all I want to do is making little batches of fruit preserves. Two - three jars made week by week with changing seasons and flavours. Like candied kumquats or caramelised pear butter with amaretto. Save one of each and take back with us to Poland, to cherish warm California memories during dark and cold winter. #mescomfitures
