Happy hump day my darlings, I hope you're all having a good week so far and enjoying the lighter mornings. Doesn't it make such a difference waking up to beautiful sunlight and hearing the birds sing? I'll be burying my nose in my books again and cracking on with my personal training course. People have been asking how I could be so normal after coming out of hospital at the weekend and as you may have seen from my vlog I was in a pretty bad way but do you know what, life goes on! I'm on medication until Friday, 12 pills a day and taking things easier, but my days will never be easy because I'm a single parent and if I don't do it then it doesn't get done. I don't dwell on the past or misfortune, I'm incredibly lucky to be back home again so why mope around? I'm much rather smile and make up for lost time.
