Probably the best Filipino food I've had (sorry mom!). Woke up to a severe food hangover? after last night's Kamayan ??dinner hosted by the wonderful duo that is @carolineadobo and @dadthebaker. This feast featured Pinaputok na Isda (Whole Fish steamed in banana leaves);Crispy Pata (fried pork hocks);Ginataang Kalabasa at Hipon (Head-on Prawns with pumpkin in coconut milk); Chicken Inasal (Lemongrass Grilled Chicken); Pancit Bihon (rice noodles);Ensaladang Filipina (assorted fresh and steamed vegetables) and ended with a Halo-halo cake! Highly recommend attending their next Kamayan feast!??
