Form into a cone. Repeat until you have a total of 24 or 18 depending on how thick you cut your pastry sheet. - Cut a sheet of puff pastry into 9 or 12 strips. Repeat with the other sheet. Wrap the pastry around an aluminum cone so that it overlaps half the width of the strip. Press the end of the pastry onto itself to seal. Lay this seam face down on a baking sheet. Lightly brush some egg wash. Sprinkle a bit of course sugar on top. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden at 350°F. Let cool completely before adding cream and drizzling chocolate. - Filling: - 2 c heavy whipping cream - 1 box vanilla instant pudding, prepared per directions on box - 3/4 c powdered sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 2-3 T #flavorgod Pumpkin Pie Seasoning, ground Whip the whipping cream on high for 3 to 5 minutes or until stiff peaks form. Add in powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until combined. Reserve a cup of whipped cream into a piping bag and set aside. - Fold the prepared pudding and seasoning in with the whipped cream until incorporated. Scoop into piping bag, fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the inside of each cone to the edge. Get your reserved cream and swirl some on top of your pumpkin whipped cream. - FLAVORGOD.COM
