What a wonderful dish from @fairygutmother! Although my Garlic Lovers was used the recipe my Limited Edition RANCH would also make a great substitute! Thanks again Carley!

Carne. Asada. Enough said. Hands down my favorite @5280meat Grass-fed Beef cut (aka Skirt Steak) that I pan fried in ghee butter seasoned with salt and pepper and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers Seasoning. Served this with mashed rutabagas.

To make rutabagas, skin and chop 2 large rutabagas and cook a few minutes in a big scoop of ghee butter and a sprinkle of sea salt. Then add 2C bone broth and let boil/simmer for about 25 minutes or until rutabagas are soft. Next, mash with a hand mixer and serve garnished with more ghee butter, parsley, and @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers Seasoning. Try adding a parsnip to the mix for a sweeter option! This took me less than 30 minutes to make (including cleanup!!) and might be my favorite meal yet.
