Little practice and it's easy to roll your own sushi at home. So many combinations of rolls and ingredients to have fun with.

This sushi roll is made with:
✨rice and quinoa mixture.
Simply following any rice recipe from bag or box you get your rice in,just add quinoa. Cook both at the same time together. My ratio of rice to quinoa mix is : 10 to 1.

Let the rice cool to room temp before you start to roll.

The middle of my roll consist of
?bell peppers
?carrots
?avocado
?cucumber
?cilantro.

✨Garnished with a brush of sesame oil, sesame seeds, pesto and sriracha sauce
