This is a great little recipe featuring rib eye steak, avocados, jalapeños, and my Pink Salt and pepper plus Pizza seasoning! Savory, spicy, and great for entertaining small gatherings??

Ingredients:
?1 cup - milk / divided ?3 teaspoons - oat flour /old fashion oats processed to powder in food processor
?1/4 teaspoon - FlavorGod pink Salt & Pepper
?1.5 ounces (about 1/3 cup) - sharp cheddar cheese / shredded
?1 tbsp - FlavorGod Pizza Seasoning

Preparation
Total: 10 Minutes

1. Combine 1/4 cup milk and oat flour in a saucepan; stir with a whisk. Stir in FlavorGod Pink salt; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until cheese melts.
4. Serve over steak.
