Today we welcome friends from all over the globe to my favorite and most grounding spot on the planet, @soulshinebali our New Year's Yoga & Music Retreat that I am co-hosting with super fun and inspiring Gina Caputo - Yogini On The Loose @yoginiontheloose.
No matter where you are in the world, we will be bringing the wonders of Bali to you via the magic of social media so you can virtually join us on the transition into 2016 over the next week with playfulness and purpose at one of the sweetest spots in the universe!
This week we will take time out of our everyday rituals, reconnect to our hearts and reinforce the why behind everything we do; it will be a time to let go, be ourselves and let the magic of Bali and the power of music take over.
Later in the week we team up with our friends from The Yoga Barn - Bali and BaliSpirit Festival for a New Year's Day Yoga Jam + Concert benefiting the Yayasan Bumi Sehat Natural Birthing Center, whose efforts continuously improve the quality of life and health of underserved populations locally and throughout the world. Tickets for this event are still available at the Yoga Barn, where the event will be held.
