#Oracle Women’s Leadership (#OWL) HQ group gathered on Wednesday, Dec. 9 for a #SeasonOfSharing event at Second Harvest. There were a total of 25 #OracleVolunteers who came out to support this cause. Second Harvest is one of our nation’s largest food bank providing a quarter of a million pounds of food per week to low income people in need.
After the event, Oracle team member Rita Simpson shared her thoughts: "I had the pleasure of working with a great group of women for an important cause at Second Harvest Food Bank, food sort event. I am a new volunteer this year and recruited my daughter to attend the event as well. We hustled to take bags upon bags of food from the donation bins to the sorting area. I was proud to work side by side so many selfless people who worked tirelessly in a small way that we all know makes a world of a difference for those who make volunteering their daily work and for those awaiting the food packages." #lifeatOracle #OracleWomen
