Hanging abs are a particular weakness for me. I can't do a front lever but these are a start ? Also, have you guys tried @gnarlynutrition's BCAA's?? I started using them more consistently over the past couple weeks and damn it makes a difference. Extra energy + great muscle recovery = more #training and GAINZ! ?????? So stoked. The switch has officially been flipped.
