Are your squats building your booty or your quads?
If you're feeling squats in your quads you probably have your feet and toes positioned straight on when squatting. Try switching to an athletic stance and start with your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart and keep your toes pointed at 10 and 2. Keep your chest and chin up looking slightly to the ceiling as you press up through your HEELS. Squat to parallel... (not below parallel contrary to popular belief) and pause for a second at the bottom so you're not using momentum to bounce and come up! Please note of you are powerlifting this video does not apply to you. I am referring to aesthetics and athletic training ❤️❤️
