If you ever need to make important decisions in your life here is the recipe.
Get in car.
Put on Jeff Buckley's album 'Grace' and listen to "Last Goodbye."
Think thoughts and let everything exit out of you that needs to be gone and allow things in deeper that need to remain.
Play "Hallelujah" (I implore you to make sure it's the original studio version) and be grateful for life and new unknowns and fresh perspective. That song will literally melt away fear and remind you of how precious and lovely life is and how nothing is forever and you will only leave behind love and light. No one will ever adopt or celebrate your fears or failures or fixations. Wants and needs will be gone. But your passion and purpose lives forever.
I'm driving far away tonight to listen and learn. Thank you Jeff Buckley for giving me a pat on the back tonight. I performed my show, I gave thanks to my parents for life, I accepted myself today as the I did at 14 and felt so alone and lonely and started down the long path to self actualizing and being the right me.
I have had nothing but love in (and on) my mind lately. This isn't funny I know but it's way more important right now because I feel you. I get it and I just say trust me on this one. Go listen to Jeff B and let it all go. I'm driving away. Driving far ,far away.
