This afternoon, following today's bilateral meeting at the House of Chimeras and en route to a joint statement to the press, the Vice President and Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko cut across an outdoor plaza and up a flight of stairs to look at an exhibit of photographs by Youry Bilak. The Vice President lingered for several minutes to take them all in -- a rare quiet moment during a trip like this. Then, he and President Poroshenko continued on to deliver their statements. -- DL
