The Oli beanie is named after an Icelandic mountain man and part of the @makersmarket “Cozy Collection”. Oli is a true wild man, living in a tiny A-frame near the second biggest glacier in Iceland called Langjokull. This tour guide spoke about the melting glaciers and how large they were when he was a child. Oli wore a tightly knit wool beanie with his cold water wet suit. If you work outdoors or find yourself outside in freezing conditions, this is the beanie for you.

Hand knit by @aportatextiles in Utah / 100% wool made exclusively from a small sheep farm in Wyoming where the owner hand-dyes everything in the back room of her shop - primarily using wildflowers as inspiration. In the summer months, all of the dye work is set with the intense Wyoming sun.
