Self portrait with new friends in the desert of Yazd in Iran where in the history many hegemony chasers, including Alexander Great, had come and gone, often creating a huge waves of migration with another war in the region. At the small dinner party on my last day of Yazd, the terrorist attack in Paris, that was seemingly related to ISIS whose huge holding territories are next to Iran, was one of the topics. RIP, all the victims. Yet, praying for them is not enough... I really hope the West, surely including United States, and Iran work together to bring peace and to make better life for the Middle East region, as well as for the world.
