FRESH FRUIT DONUTS
Makes 12 “donuts”
Ingredients:
3 medium apples, cut into rounds and cored
2-4 tablespoons almond butter or coconut cream
Assorted toppings:
dried fruit, crystallized ginger, hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, ground spices, cacao powder, cacao nibs, chocolate chips, chopped or sliced nuts, etc
Instructions:
