#singletfriday Great max clean & jerk day! Hit solid lifts & got to take a few pulls on something i have never tried before...next time i will be able to hit it. It is exciting to be facing new bigger weights without any fear for the first time ever ? I am really excited for Florida states after a week lifting with my team- i have a goal to hit for my total, but mainly just doing this to get more platform experience leading in to Americans. I haven't had too long to get my strength up in the new weight class but i am going to give it hell come December!! But first.... We're on our way to see the Dawgs play!!! Headed to Saint Simons...
