Zucchini crust pizza (GF) & (V)

First pizza: home made tomato sauce | fresh tomatoes slices | pineapple | jalapeños
Second pizza:
Home made dairy free alfredo sauce | roasted onions | figs | Parmesan cheese
Zucchini crust:
3 cups Shredded zucchini | 2 eggs | grated Parmesan | basil | 1/3 cup GF flour | salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients, spread on a cookie sheet into pizza shape. Bake on 450 for 8-10 min. Remove, add all other ingredients. Pop back into the oven on 350 for about 10 more min. Serve ??? #chefshayna #privatechef #glutenfree #dinner #pizza #organic #foodporn
