This began as a pen sketch for Day 26 of Kuretake's Inktober Contest with the theme "foliage" but then transformed into a new world of colour. I'm not sure if this still counts for my #kuretakeinktober #inktober #usa entry anymore, though I did use Kuretake's gansai tambi to bring it to life from black & white. Winter may be around the corner but her soul is already germinating for spring.
