#BuonGiorno! On my way to Umbria for the #OliveHarvestRetreat, this is what I'm taking to the fellow bloggers and hosts of this beautiful retreat: Incredible flavored salt, perfect for a good roast, be it veggies, poultry or any other meat. A lot of dried orange zest, juniper berries, star anice, cardamom (#Persian it up!) and white pepper corns, all mixed with whole, coarse sea salt. Perfect for the holiday season. Each tiny bag also contains a tiny bamboo spoon, the hand-written tag and #LabNoon's business card.
