Isn't it funny how we wish our life away when we're young? We always want to be older, taller, more attractive and cake on makeup, fancy clothes and falsities to become the person we want to be in life. Yet when we reach adulthood that yearning subsides and for me I actually began to appreciate just being me, aged 28 I don't want to be older, I don't want to wear loads of makeup or wear clothes that I can't breathe or sit down in. I'm just enjoying being who I am and grateful for each day that I'm alive. I like my natural nails, my kinky hair and laughter lines. Gone are the padded bras and skyscraper heels and in are the yoga pants and sports bras because when you're at ease then you can finally stop and breathe and when you smile the world smiles with you.
