Started another amazing day with brunch at No. 11 Pimlico road. The food was delicious. They had wonderfully simple takes on classic cocktails. Followed that up with a bit of shopping at Harrods, a quick stop at Piccadilly Circus, and a nice walk through soho. After getting a bit of rest at the hotel I decided to be bold and venture out to someplace I would feel better going with friends. I found myself at a cool speakeasy in Spitalfields. You enter an already difficult to find restaurant, give one of the staff the special phrase and they take you through a refrigerator, down a staircase to an underground bar. They had a small bar menu with great food and a terrific drink menu! This was truly a great ending to to last day in #London. I really wish I could stay longer! America may be my home, but the UK has stolen my heart! #MyWorldOnTheRocks
