SPINACH COOLER | serves two

2 cups fresh spinach
6-8 mint leaves (optional, but really good)
1 cup coconut water or water
1/4 cup orange juice
2 bananas, frozen
1 cup chopped and skinned cucumber
4 medium chunks of pineapple*
1 tablespoon flax oil (optional)

1. Place liquids in blender with spinach and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.
2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again. *Equals bout 1/2 to 3/4 cup. Add more if you want to have a sweeter smoothie.
