Foster failure is when you are fostering and you can't let go. You fall in love with your foster and you end up becoming the adopter.
This is how we ended up with Jack. He was a TNR (trap, neuter, release) that checked in but never checked out.
We ? him & he gives back by becoming a surrogate "mama" to kittens we foster grooming them and playing so gently with them.
