These pancakes are actually more virtuous than they look! Swap out plan white flour for my special 'secret' blend and they will keep you going for much longer than regular pancakes! ? I like to add nuts and nut butters for a bit of protein (you could also use protein powder, I'll explain how, over on the blog!), bananas and good quality maple syrup for that instant energy hit and some raw cacao nibs for a hefty dose of magnesium!
