Not your Mum's Brussels Sprouts! ✋?Seriously guys, this is a new take on that vegetable that you were probably forced to endure as a child! ? In my opinion there are few things better than roasting sprouts in coconut oil... Add in some walnuts, pancetta and caramelised onions and you pretty much have vegetable nirvana!
