Our finished 3 day #cassoulet! Smokey garlic pork sausage, pork belly, duck confit, tarbais beans, tomatoes and lots of wine and veg, with a hunk of crusty baguette on the side. The perfect rainy day meal! Thanks to the @saveurmag team for cooking with us today.
