My grandfather’s beef. It’s beef chuck covered with layers of potato, onion, garlic, tomato and herbs. Slow cooked with a little wine and stock and it made an insanely good hash the next day. Hash over easy eggs. Recipe is in my new book Everyone Is Italian on Sunday (coming out 10/27).
