Here are Eggplant balls – roasted eggplant rolled into a ball and then breaded and fried. They taste like eggplant parm. + Braised pulled pork. Same pulled pork that I made for John’s birthday. Braised slow cooked pork shoulder, pulled, tossed with escarole, lemon, stock and homemade ricotta cavatelli.
