This beautiful dish was prepared by Natasha of @thefeistykitchen and my Himalayan Pink Salt and Pepper and my Pizza seasoning. The vinaigrette brightens the flavor at the finish. Masterful!

Cracklin' Chicken anyone?! Okay, so if you have followed me for any length of time, you can probably count on one hand the number of chicken posts I've done.
I generally don't care for chicken. Especially not chicken breasts ?. I need fat. All the fat.

So I opt for grass fed beef, bacon and eggs for my protein needs. However, I had to try #cracklinchicken cuz I've been seeing it all over the place. THE best chicken I've ever had!
I used @Flavorgod Seasonings pink salt and peppercorn to season, cooked in my cast iron skillet with ghee butter, topped with #Flavorgod Pizza seasoning, and served over a bed of baby mixed greens with some of my leftover vinaigrette from breakfast.
