Starting to get the itch. Looking forward to Florida States in a little over a month. In the warm up room after my last lift (which i initially was going to pass on taking but decided at last second to go out and take another go at it) at Nationals i text my husband and my closest friends that it was my last time i was going to have competed. I was ready to be done and find something else to do and asking for help figuring out what that could be. I had lost myself a bit and was very unhappy... telling people i was burnt out. After a few changes i have never been more excited to get back out on the platform. I live by the barbell & I absolutely love this sport.... I have hit a training PR in every lift in the month since Nationals...
