This post is not about me top roping a crack in Indian Creek that I may or may not have hung ten times on.
However, it is about a little route in Mill Creek, called 'Hot Stuff', which I do not have a photo of. I've heard a bit of banter the last few days regarding First Female Ascents, following @rockandicemag's article on The Bleeding. One reader commented that she'd like to hear about First Male Ascents at times when a female has made the first ascent. Well, @muttstagram (Lisa) established 'Hot Stuff' two years ago, and I made the second ascent two days ago. That's two female ascents, and it's still awaiting its first male ascent. A 5.13 in a high quality area that's been around for two years and does not favor short girls. So boys, who will take home the prized FMA?? @camp_usa @maximropes @lasportivana
