I overheard that someone was talking about me at the gym today... It wasn't anything kind, the person was making fun of me, my workouts, my look, my Instagram and other things. ? Just remember guys, haters will always hate, they will always try and tear you down, belittle you or insult you to your face or more often than not behind your back. ? Don't let it get to you, smile and keep doing your thing! Negativity, jealousy, envy, unhappiness and hate are an ugly thing and I have no room for that in my life and neither should you. I've had fitness models block me, refuse to work with me and talk trash because of my "success." If people only put in this much time and effort into supporting one another vs trying to tear one another down we'd have a much better world. ?? I know I'm not perfect and I know I have faults, I even post my fails here to help motivate, inspire or entertain ?, I've never turned someone down from teaching me a thing or two at the gym... I'm human, I have amazing days full of glow and confidence and I have days where I struggle, feel like crap, look like hell and can't get motivated or push through that tough workout – but I look up to others in both real life and Instagram to help push and motivate me past my own struggles and slumps. ?? Let's be that inspiration, support and drive for one another, not those barriers to progress and ultimately success ?
