So a few days ago I posted a throwback picture from last year to show my bodybuilding progress and had so many messages asking "is that really you?" "Why don't you have the same tattoos" etc. yes I am me and I recently had a bunny tattoo on my hip covered over by a black feather last month, Tracy Kiss is my real name and I'm 27yrs old from London England and a single mother to my two children, my daughter is 7 and my son is 3. I've been vegetarian since the age of 5 and earlier this year I turned vegan and I love leading a healthy active lifestyle to get me through the struggle of raising my kids alone. I workout from home using @beachbodychallenge to gain weight, get my protein from green leafy vegetables and soya mince, drink oat milk in place of cows milk and have the appetite of a grizzly bear - I'm always eating! I workout to gain muscle and strength rather than lose weight as I've always been scrawny. People look at fitness results in becoming half the person you were when you started but I become twice the person I was instead. It takes guts, determination and a whole lot of dedication to be fit but I'm blessed with a positive mind and desire to be all that I can for my children, their mother, best friend and protector. So here I am today for you, sharing my fitness journey and I hope that you can now see that anything is possible if you believe in yourself.
