Shot on assignment with @intotheokavango for @ナショナルジオグラフィック A crocodile rests is the shallow clear water of the Okavango Delta, Botswana. The team left the source of the Cuito River three and a half months ago, arriving in the delta roughly two weeks ago now. The Angolan Highlands were barren of game, driven out by decades of war. With each passing mile however, as they have made their way into the heart of the Delta, life has become abundant. With time and protection of the water that feeds the life downstream, the wildlife will return to Angola...if given the opportunity.
