Tropical Storm #Erika is not looking very impressive on Friday morning but has maintained 45kt winds amid its broad, unorganized structure. Increasing shear and an encounter with #Hispaniola over the next 24hrs will determine the fate storm, as well as the future track and intensity of what remains of Erika.
