TGIF!
A big week of testing all done and dusted ???Since returning from the uni games I've been more motivated than ever to achieve my goals and have been putting in the hard yards in both the gym and at the track. Had some good pb's in the gym and am looking forward to another 6 weeks of hard training before my coach and the rest of our squad head off to Qatar for the Para World Champs. It's fair to say I'll be looking forward to a month off in October to freshen up and also focus on my study for exams as Semester 2 comes to an end.
