My program today called for numbers that would have made clean triple PRs... my rep PRs are very weak compared to my singles. And i ain't no punk bitch. So that is what i did. For 6 sets mind you. I am very proud of my work tonight as it was the hardest training session i have ever had- i still can't believe i hit these. 70, 72, 74, 76, 76, 76. I missed the 3rd jerk on the first 76 and came back and smashed it. This was my last 3+3. I want things that are going to come at a price of extremely hard work.
