The #PurpleBlobOfTheWeek comes from a somewhat unlikely location for the middle of the summer: The North Atlantic. A strong storm that recently developed NE of Newfoundland continues to spin just SW of Iceland, producing recent seas on the ballpark of 25-35ft. This will send a solid shot of WNW/NW swell through exposed portions of Europe heading into and through the weekend.
