Artist #TarynSimon undertakes meticulous research that is expressed in three artistic forms: photography, text, and graphic design. Her projects seek to uncover the complex and often dark truths that lie beneath cultural or social narratives. On view now in #Storylines, "Chapter XV" of her extensively researched series "A Living Man Declared Dead and Other Chapters I–XVIII," features the story of 29 members of the Su Qijian family unveiled through interviews examining the family's bloodline and genealogy.
